Foundation Scholarship Services LLC · Effective August 30, 2026
Foundation Scholarship Services LLC (“Foundation Scholarship,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through foundationscholarship.com and our services, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Information you provide. When you join our interest list, contact us, register for a workshop, book a session, or purchase a product, we collect the information you submit, such as your name, email address, your student’s grade level, and the programs you are interested in. When you become a client, we collect the information needed to deliver our services, which may include academic and extracurricular details about your student that you choose to share, and essays you submit for review.
- Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, either directly or through Calendly. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Information collected automatically. Our website is hosted on WordPress.com, which collects standard technical information such as browser type, pages visited, and general location, and uses cookies for site functionality and aggregate statistics.
How we use information
- To respond to your inquiries and deliver the services and products you request
- To notify you about program enrollment, workshops, and scheduling
- To improve our website and services
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
Service providers
We use a small number of service providers to operate: WordPress.com (Automattic) for website hosting, forms, and file delivery; Stripe for payment processing; Calendly for session booking; Zoom for live sessions and workshops; and Proton Mail for email. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function and handles it under its own privacy policy.
Children’s privacy
Our website and services are directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13. Information about students, including participants in our CaT for Girls courses, is provided to us by their parents or guardians, who remain our point of contact.
Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we take reasonable measures to protect it.
Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to correct, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@foundationscholarship.com. California residents may have additional rights under California law, and we will honor verified requests consistent with it.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update this page and its effective date.
